Columbus City Utilities will be closing Gladstone Avenue on Wednesday from 7 a.m. to 5 in the afternoon. that is so they can replace a fire hydrant. The street will be closed between Illinois and Indiana Avenues. Local residents will still be able to gain access to their properties but no through traffic will be allowed.
